What is the best way to edit and annotate PDF files saved from Mac OS X Preview on an iPhone or iPad with iOS 8?
Preview.app can’t do editing, only basic annotating and page editing, image editing, but NOT text editing. So what can do text editing for free? LibreOffice Draw (linux+mac+windows) is free and open source, but I don’t personally like it that much. But it will edit PDF text documents fine. There’s plenty of free PDF annotation tools/pdf image editing/pdf page editing BUT PDF text editing is pricy, because developers actually have to do continous work so their product can actually edit PDFs well.
