How To Annotate PDF Online?
Easy-to-use PDF software
Is there a way to save Mendeley annotations to the document itself without having to export the PDF with annotations?
Mendeley doesn't currently monitor file attachments for changes and upload them automatically, so if you annotate a PDF in a tool which embeds the annotations in the PDF, t won't be uploaded automatically. You'd need to remove and re-attach the file in Mendeley to get it to pick up changes. Annotations created in Mendeley itself are stored and synced separately from the PDF and are linked with your Mendeley account.
